FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about how Certivice helps you manage and share professional credentials.
What is Certivice?
Certivice is a digital wallet for professional certificates and credentials. It helps you keep records organized and ready to share.
What can I store?
You can store licenses, course completions, certifications, and any supporting documents that prove qualifications.
Who can see my certificates?
Only people you choose. You control when to share a link and can stop sharing once a review is done.
How does sharing work?
You send a single verification link or QR code. Recipients can review the credentials you chose to share without downloading separate files.
What does “verification” mean here?
Verification will let recipients confirm details from issuers in future releases. Today, the link clearly shows the records you provided and that it came from you.
How do I contact you or request early access?
Use the contact button on the site. It opens your email app so you can send details directly—no signup is stored on this site.
Will this be free?
There will be a free option for individuals and paid plans for teams. Pricing is still being finalized.
Can training providers issue certificates?
This is planned for a later release. For now, providers can share completion records through the verification link you distribute.
Does Certivice keep originals?
You keep control of your records. Certivice helps organize and present them with consistent metadata.
